摘要
华南农业大学在向综合性大学发展过程中,存在科研评价机制不完善、科研人员梯队不合理、科研平台缺乏、基础条件滞后、院级科研管理力量薄弱等问题,针对这些问题,结合学校具体情况,提出建立科学分类的科研评价体系、加快校内创新资源整合、创新科研人才引进和培养机制等对策,为农业高校向综合性大学的转变发展提供参考。
Existing problems of South China Agriculture University in the transition process from agricultural college to a comprehensive university were analyzed,such as research and evaluation mechanisms inadequate,researchers echelon unreasonable,lack of scientific research platform,the basic conditions backwardness,weak hospital-level research management and so on.Combined with the specific circumstances of the school,countermeasures were put forward against the problem,which included establish evaluation system of scientific classification,accelerate integration of school resource,innovation research talent introduction and training mechanisms,to provide a reference for the transformation from agricultural colleges to comprehensive university.
