Objective To analyze the effect of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure on treating preinvasive lesion of cervical carcinoma. Methods 42 patients with preinvasive lesion of cervical carcinoma from June 2012 to June 2015 in my hospital were selected as the research object, who were divided into groups according to the random method, 21 cases in each group. The control group received routine conservative treatment, while the experimental group received the treatment of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure. After treatment, follow-up more than 1 year, the short and long-term effects' differences of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the chi-square test analysis showed that there had statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). During the follow-up period, the relapse rate of the experimental group was dramatically lower than that of the control group, the chi-square test analysis showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The operative blood loss and operative time of the experimental group were both better than those of the control group. Conclusion The cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure on treating preinvasive lesion of cervical carcinoma had satisfactory short and long-term effects, which could be considered as the preferred treatment for preinvasive lesion of cervical carcinoma and be popularized and applied.
