摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法将160例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例,对照组给予阿奇霉素口服+克拉霉素阴道给药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药方剂四皮汤治疗。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.2%和71.2%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合法治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效显著,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic cervicitis.Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.The treatment of oral administration of azithromycin+vaginal suppository of clarithromycin was used in the control group,while Chinese medical treatment of four skin soup was given on the basis of the control group in the observation group.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 96.2% and 71.2% respectively.The curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic cervicitis is significant with no adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
