摘要
目的探究地氯雷他定联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年9月-2015年9月皮肤科门诊慢性荨麻疹患者共118例,按照随机方法分为对照组（n=59）与观察组（n=59）,对照组接受地氯雷他定治疗,观察组接受地氯雷他定联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组总有效率为93.2%,明显高于对照组79.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为13.6%,对照组不良反应发生率为11.9%,两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。观察组复发率为10.3%,明显低于对照组24.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论地氯雷他定联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好的临床疗效,安全无明显不良反应,可有效降低慢性荨麻疹复发率,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of desloratadine combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chroni curticarial. Methods 118 patients with chronic urticarial cured in the outpatient department of dermatology of our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into the control group（n=59） and the observation（n=59）.Patients in the control group were treated with desloratadine therapy,and patients in the control group were treated with desloratadine combined with montelukast sodium therapy.The effect,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 79.7%（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 13.6%,the incidence of adverse reaction rate of the control group was 11.9%,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 10.3%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group with 24.6%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of desloratadine combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chro sodium in the treatment of chronic urticarial was safe,it had no obvious adverse reactions,it could effectively reduce the rate of recurrence of chronic urticarial,it was worthy of clinical application.
