摘要
目的:探讨肝癌应用超声介入冷循环微波治疗与冷循环射频治疗效果对比情况。方法:选取本院2013年9月-2015年9月收治的肝癌患者100例,采用数字表法随机分为微波组与射频组,每组各50例。微波组给予超声介入冷循环微波治疗,射频组给予冷循环射频治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及并发症。结果:两组患者治疗前后的肝功、临床疗效、并发症比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的肝癌病例,超声介入冷循环与冷循环射频治疗均为有效手段,两者有基本相同的治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the application of ultrasonic interventional therapy in the treatment of liver cancer with cold circulating microwave and cold cycle radiofrequency.Method： 100 liver cancer patients were treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015, according the randomly number table method, they were divided into microwave group and RF group, 50 cases in each group.The microwave group was given ultrasound intervention in the cold cycle microwave treatment, and RF group was given cold cycle radiofrequency.The clinical curative effect and complications of two groups were compared.Result： The liver function, clinical curative effect, and complications of two groups were compared, the differences were no statistically significant （P〉O.05） .Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of liver cancer cases, the ultrasound intervention in the cold cycle and cold cycle of radiofrequency treatment are effective means, they have same treatment effect.
