摘要
6年多来,我院采用肝动脉插管化疗或栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌4000多人次,本文结合文献对以下几个问题进行了讨论:1、门脉主干癌栓和动门脉瘘是否TAE的禁忌症?如何处理?2、栓塞部位的分类;我们提出了远、中、近三段分类法;3、动脉内化疗、栓塞的方法;4、抗癌药物与栓塞剂的选配;5、并发症;6、不同治疗方法的疗效比较。
For more than six years, nearly 4000 times transcatheter hepatic artery infusion or embolizations have been performed for treatment of middle and late stage of liver cancer in our hospital. Some issues were discussed with review of literatures as follows: (1). Whether or not portal vein tumor thrombus and arterioportal shunt are the contraindications of TAE. and how to treat?; (2). The classification of embolic position. We suggested that the embolizations were divided into far. middle and near section three types; (3). The methods of intraartery chemotherapies and embolizations; (4). Choosing and matching of anti—tumor drugs and embolic agents; (5). Complications; (6). Comparisons of the curative effects of different therapies.
