摘要 目的探讨反射式共聚焦显微镜(reflectancecorffocalmicroscopy,RCM)观察2940nm点阵铒激光治疗皮肤痤疮瘢痕的疗效和安全性。方法全部受试者进行2940nm点阵铒激光治疗,并分别于术前、术后半小时、术后1—4周及3个月分别进行数码照相、RCM检测。结果术后3个月,93.33%的患者达到满意效果;RCM示:真皮胶原明显致密。结论2940nto点阵铒激光治疗痤疮瘢痕具有较好疗效:RCM对2940nm点阵铒激光临床疗效的观察有意义。 Objective To explore the efficacy of Er: YAG fractional laser in treatment of facial acne scars by RCM. Methods All patients were treated with Er: YAG fractional laser and evaluated by photographs and RCM before treatment and after half an hour, every week for the first month,3 months of treatment. Results After 3 months treatment, the effective rate was 93.33%, RCM :Dermal collagen was significantly thickened. Con- dusion It is an effective treatment of Er: YAG fractional laser to aching scars. RCM is helpful to evaluate the efficacy of Er:YAG fractional laser.
