摘要
目的:探讨应用品管圈活动降低老年患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)中低体温的作用和意义。方法:2014年11月~2015年7月我科成立品管圈小组,以“降低经尿道前列腺电切术中出现低体温发生率”为活动主题,进行现状调查、设定目标,寻找原因,制定相应的策略并组织实施。结果:通过品管圈小组活动,老年患者术中低体温发生率由实施前41.58%降至14.31%。结论:应用品管圈活动可有效降低老年患者TURP 术中低体温的发生率,并且提高圈员团队合作精神以及解决问题的综合能力。
Objective:To explore the function and meaning of applying quality control circle on elderly patients taken transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Methods:Our department established a quality control circle group from November 2014 to July 2015,took "reducing hypothermia incidence in transurethral resection of the prostate" as theme of the activity,conducted status survey,set targets,searched for causes,made corresponding strategies and organized people to implement the strategies. Results:The intraoperative hypothermia in elderly patients reduced from 41. 58% before the implementation to 14. 31% after the implementation through the quality control circle. Conclusion:Applying quality control circle activity can effectively lower the intraop-erative hypothermia incidence in elderly patients in TURP and improve the cooperative spirit and the comprehensive ability of solving problems of members in the circle.
