摘要
目的:观察两种温度冲洗液对前列腺电切患者术中体温的影响。方法选择前列腺电切患者60例,随机分成两组,每组30例,对照组采用常规的保温措施,观察组采用综合保温措施,观察患者术中、术毕温度及有无寒战。结果实验组患者术毕体温在正常范围。结论实验组患者保温措施与对照组相比,更能有效维持体温恒定,减少术中低体温发生,减少术后并发症,是一种有效地体温护理方法。
Objective To observe the two temperature rinses intraoperative temperature ef ect in patients with prostate electricity cut.Methods 60 patients with prostate electricity cut,randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases and control group using conventional heat preservation measures,the observation group USES the comprehensive heat preservation measures,the observation of patients who,finish temperature and presence of chil s.Results The patients who finish temperature in the normal range.Conclusion The experimental group patients compared with control group,insulated more ef ectively maintain a constant body temperature,reduce the low temperature occurs during operation,reduce postoperative complications and nursing method is a kind of ef ective temperature.
