摘要
目的探讨围手术期护理路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者中应用效果。方法老年股骨颈骨折患者160例随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。围手术期间,对照组给予常规护理,观察组依据临床护理路径实施护理干预。对比2组患者住院时间、医疗费用、并发症发生、疾病知识掌握程度和对护理服务满意程度。结果观察组住院时间和费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组疾病知识掌握评分(95.25±2.34)分,护理满意度评分(94.32±2.08)分,分别高于对照组的(81.58±3.57)分和(85.24±3.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理中,实施临床护理路径能缩短住院时间,提升患者疾病知识掌握情况和护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application of clinical nursing pathway in the elderly atients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Totally 160 elderly patient with femoral neck fracture ere randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 80 cases in each group. he control group was given conventional nursing care during perioperative period and the observation roup was applied with clinical nursing pathway. The length of stay, hospital cost, indication of com-lication ,disease knowledge control and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two roups. Results The observation group had shorter length of stay and lower hospital cost compared ith the control group （P 〈0. 05 ） . The incidence of complication was 5. 0 0 % in the observation group nd was 20. 00% in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0.05 ） . The score of assessment on disease knowledge control and nursing satisfaction was （95. 25 ±2. 34） and （94. 32 ±2. 08） n the observation group, and was （81.58 ± 3. 57） and （85. 24 ±3. 12） in the control group, with gnificant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the ngth of stay and improve the knowledge control and nursing satisfaction in the elderly patients with moral neck fracture undergoing surgical treatment.
