摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18不锈钢柱,以乙腈+0.01 mol/L碳酸铵缓冲液(体积比60∶40)为流动相,在230 nm波长下对40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:在质量浓度为101.5~903.8mg/L时,该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 7。方法的回收率为99.77%~100.04%,相对标准偏差为0.16%。
A quantitative analysis method for determination of active ingredient in prothioconazole 40% SC was established by HPLC on C18 column at 230 nm, using acetonitrile and ammonium carbonate solution(0.01 mol/L) as mobile phase. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 7 at the concentration of 101.5-903.8 mg/L, the recoveries were 99.77%-100.04%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.16%.
