摘要
【目的】建立一种测定番茄及土壤中菌核净残留的分析方法。【方法】样品经丙酮提取,二氯甲烷萃取,Florisil柱净化,最后采用高效液相色谱测定。【结果】方法在0.01052~5.26mg/L范围内线性关系良好,菌核净在番茄和土壤中的最低检测质量分数均为0.05mg/kg;添加回收率分别为79.97%~109.84%;变异系数分别为1.91%~10.55%。【结论】建立方法的灵敏度及精密度均符合农药残留分析的要求。
[Aims] The HPLC method for determination the residue of dimetachlone in tomato and soil simultaneously was developed. [Methods] The residues were extracted from samples with acetone, extracted by dichloromethane, purified by florisil column, and finally detected by HPLC. [Results] Good linearity was obtained in range from 0.01052 to 5.26 mg/L. The minimum detectable concentration of dimetachlone in tomato and soil sample were both 0.05 mg/kg. The recovery rate were 79.97-109.84%. The variation coefficient were 1.91-10.55% respectively. [Conclusions] The study results indicated that the sensitivity and precision of this method both meet the technical requirements of the residual analysis.
