摘要
苎麻是传统的纤维作物,其营养丰富,生物学产量高,适口性好,也是一种非常好的畜禽饲料资源。大量的苎麻纺织加工副产物(梢、茎、叶等)也含有丰富的可利用养分,可用作动物饲料。但苎麻中果胶、纤维素等含量过高,具有抗营养,限制了其在畜禽日粮中的充分应用。本文探讨了苎麻的饲用特性及所含果胶的生物活性与抗营养特性,综述了饲用苎麻中果胶的消除方法,以期为饲用苎麻在畜禽生产中更好的应用提供思路。
Ramie(Boehmeria Nivea(L.)Gaudich.)is one of the traditional fiber crops,it is also a kind of very good feed resources for livestock and poultry,because of its rich nutrition,higher biological yield,and good palatability.A large number of ramie textile processing by-products(tops,stalks,leaves,et al)available are rich in nutrients,and can be used as animal feed.But the concentration of anti-nutritional factors such as pectin,cellulose in ramie is too high,limiting its full application in the diet of livestock and poultry.This paper discusses the nutritional characteristics of ramie,biological activities and anti-nutritional characteristics of pectin in ramie,summarizes the method of eliminating pectin in ramie,so as to provide perspectives for better application of ramie in livestock and poultry production.
