摘要
文章基于美国公路战略研究计划(Strategic Highway Research Program,SHRP)体系方法对煤直接液化残渣(direct coal liquefaction residue,DCLR)改性沥青的性能进行了评价,并采用复数模量指数(GTS)和蠕变劲度模量指数(STS)对沥青的温度敏感性进行了评价。结果表明:DCLR的加入增强了沥青的高温性能,但降低了沥青的低温性能;在高温(46~82℃)范围内,DCLR的加入降低了沥青的温度敏感性,但在低温(-18~0℃)范围内,DCLR的加入提高了沥青的温度敏感性。与基质沥青相比,DCLR改性沥青更适合应用在夏季高温地区或作为沥青面层结构中的中面层,有利于提高沥青路面的高温抗变形能力。
The properties of direct coal liquefaction residue (DCLR) modified asphalt are evaluated based on the Strategic Highway Research Program(SHRP), and the temperature sensitivity of DCLR modified asphalt is assessed by using the complex modulus index GTS and the creep stiffness modulus index STS. The experimental results show that DCLR can improve the high-temperature properties of asphalt, but it declines the low-temperature properties of asphalt. The temperature sensitivity of as- phalt adding DCLR decreases in a high temperature range of 46-82 ℃, but the temperature sensitivity of asphalt adding DCLR increases in a low temperature range of --18-0℃. Compared to base asphalt, DCLR modified asphalt is better to be used in high-temperature region or in middle course of asphalt pavement for rutting resistance.
