摘要
低碳金融包括与减少温室气体排放有关的所有金融制度安排和金融交易活动。2005年开始生效的《京都议定书》是全球气候变化的里程碑。2016年4月《巴黎协议》的正式签署将进一步推动全球低碳金融的发展,而不断完善的全球低碳金融市场也必将通过市场机制为人类实现温室气体减排的目标作出实质性的贡献。
