吲哚菁绿荧光显像技术在术中确定肝脏肿瘤边界的应用 被引量:7

摘要 吲哚菁绿(indoeyanine green, ICG)是一种近红外荧光染料。ICG可被波长750~810nm的外来光激发,发射波长850mm左右的近红外光。这种红外光可被荧光显像系统接受,并在显像设备中显示出来0t-3]。ICG荧光显像技术在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结定位、皮瓣的血供状况评估、眼科眼底血管造影等方面应用的较为成熟。
