湖泊水体与沉积物中磷形态分布相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 以南京玄武湖和河海大学东湖为例,采取钼酸铵分光光度法和SMT分级提取法测定湖底沉积物和上覆水中总磷和各形态磷含量,以探究不同的湖底沉积物与水体中磷含量的分布及其关联性。试验结果表明:湖底沉积物中磷含量受人为作用、植被情况、水力条件、地理位置等因素影响,OP含量远高于IP含量,IP中以NaOH-P为主体,约占40%~50%,HCl-P含量较少但更稳定,不易被固定吸附;上覆水体中TP含量与湖底沉积物中TP、AdsP、NaOH-P含量呈明显正相关关系,与OP和HCl-P含量无明显相关性,表明湖泊沉积物-水界面磷交换过程中以活性磷占主要交换量。该研究表明湖底沉积物磷负荷与水体磷含量密切相关,为从内源治理水体富营养化提供了理论依据和研究方向。 Taking Xuanwu Lake and Dong Lake of Hohai University in Nanjing as examples,this paper determines the concentrations of total phosphorus (TP) and phosphorus speciation in lake sediments and overlying water by ammonium rnolybdate spectrophotometry and the SMT fractionation procedure,in order to explore the distribution of phosphorus speciation in lake sediments and water and the correlation between them. The experimental results show that the concentration of phosphorus in the sediments is influenced by human processes, vegetation conditions, hydraulic conditions and geographical locations. The content of organicphosphorus (OP) is much higher than that of inorganic phosphorus (IP) ,in the meanwhile, NaOH-P is the main phosphorus fraction in IP,accounting for 40%-50% of IP;the content of HCI-P is lower but stable, as Ca-bound P is not easy to be adsorbed. TP in the overlying water exhibits obvious posi- tive correlation with TP, Ads-P and NaOH-P in the sediments, while there is no obvious correlation be tween the TP of lake water and OP and HCI-P in the lake sediments. It indicates that labile phosphorus is the main part of exchange capacity of phosphorus at the water-sediment interface of the lake. The study indicates that the content of phosphorus in lake-bottom sediments is closely related to that in lake water, providing theoretical basis and direction of research for water eutrophication treatment of internal phosphorus.
