摘要
目的探讨中医护理对于老年高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取心血管科2014年9月—2015年10月期间收治的126例老年高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。2组研究对象入院后均给予常规护理,对照组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予中医护理。结果 2组研究对象的总有效率差异性不明显(P>0.05),但观察组的显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理对于老年高血压患者血压的控制具有一定的效果,值得今后在老年高血压患者的护理过程中得到进一步的推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM nursing for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 126 cases of elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 in the cardiovascular department were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups of subjects were given routine nursing care after admission. The observation group was given TCM nursing on the basis of routine treatment and nurs-ing. Results The difference on total effective rate between the two groups was not obvious（ P〉0.05）, but the markedly effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing for control of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients had certain effect, and it is worthy of promotion in the process of nursing in elderly patients with hypertension in further.
