摘要
目的：探讨马来酸桂哌齐特对老年高血压人群血液流变学指标的影响。方法观察组112例在降压治疗基础上给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320 mg加入葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水中静滴，1次/d，14 d为1个疗程，共两个疗程，其中109例完成对照研究；对照组110例则不加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液。治疗前后检测血液流变学指标以及纤维蛋白原和血小板聚集率进行对比分析。结果治疗后2组比较，观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数和红细胞变形指数较对照组改善更为显著，疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或0.05）。观察组纤维蛋白原和血小板聚集率较对照组下降亦更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或0.05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特能降低老年高血压患者的血液黏滞度，改善血液流变性。
Objective To investigate the effect of cinepazide maleate on blood rheology in elderly essential hypertension. Methods The observation group of 112 cases in the antihypertensive therapy was based on Cinepazide Maleate Injection 320 mg in Glucose Injection or physiological saline by intravenous drip, 1 time a day, 14 d for 1 course, two courses;A control group of 110 cases was not with Cinepazide Maleate Injection. Before and after the treatment, hemorheological indexes, fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate were assessed for comparative analysis. 109 cases in the observation group completed the control study. Results After treatment of two groups, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index and erythrocyte deformation index in observation group improved more significantly than the control group, the effect is better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01 or 0.05). The fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate in observation group decreased more significantly than the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Cinepazide maleate can reduce the blood viscosity in elderly hypertensive patients and improve hemorheology.
