摘要
以CDIO工程教育理念作指导,以电气自动化专业为例,在调研高职软能力培养的现状及重要性的基础上,提出高职软能力培养拟解决的关键问题和方法。软能力培养实施方案:以软能力为支撑分层能力模型,建立基于软硬兼备的课程体系,基于体验式课堂教学组织内容,形成"软能力渗透"的教学方法,建立突出过程性考核,企业专家成为考核主体的评价机制,通过实践证实,该方案对高端技能人才培养有一定的参考价值。
With engineering education concept of “CDIO” as the guide, and Electrical Automation Technology Specialty (EATS) as an example, the key problems and possible solutions to the soft ability training are explored in this paper, based on the survey of the status quo and importance of the soft ability training. The author also puts forward plans for soft ability study in the teaching system, which includes layered capacity model based on soft ability, the establishment of course system based on facilities and software, organization of curriculum content based on the experience learning model, penetration teaching method of soft ability, formative test and enterprise standard assessment and so on. The plan has proved an effective and valuable reference value for higher vocational colleges.
