摘要
近些年来,我国民办高校的在校生数量逐年增加,甚至有超过普通公办大学的趋势,逐步成为了我国高等教育的有机组成部分,为社会和企业输送了大批量高素质人才。随之而来的民办高校大学生学习适应性问题也越来越突出,这应当引起广大民办教师的高度重视,文章以学习适应性的相关概念为切入点,系统的阐述了民办高校大学生学习适应性的现状及对策,旨在提高我国民办高校大学生的综合素质。
In recent years, the number of students in private colleges in our country is increasing year by year, even larger than that in the general public universities. They gradually become an organic part of Chinese higher education and become large quantities of high quality talents to the society and enterprises. Thereupon, problems of private college students in the learning adaptability become more and more obvious, which should attract great attention of private teachers. Taking the related concepts of learning adaptability as the breakthrough point, this paper elaborates the present situation of private college students＇ learning adaptability and countermeasures on how to improve their learning adaptability, aiming at improving the comprehensive quality of private college students in China.
