先天性无痛无汗症一例报告 被引量：4

摘要 先天性无痛无汗症（congenitalinsensitivitytopainwithanhidrosis，CIPA）又称先天性感觉和自主神经障碍综合征，为常染色体隐性遗传病。其主要表现为：①先天性全身性痛觉缺失，常合并无汗、智力发育迟缓等，无汗即全身皮肤或某一部位终年无明显汗液，或完全无汗，并常感全身不适，极度疲劳，尤其在运动时最为明显，对相应的药物及温度亦不能出现出汗反应，在天热季节中，体温往往升高，心率加快，
