胫骨平台骨折畸形愈合翻修术治疗进展 被引量：11

摘要 胫骨平台骨折畸形愈合会出现膝内外翻、屈曲或反张、旋转畸形、髌骨运动轨迹异常、关节僵硬、膝关节不稳定等。胫骨平台骨折畸形愈合翻修术有切开复位内固定、胫骨近端截骨术、外固定支架固定、胫骨结节远端截骨术、全膝关节置换术等,其中胫骨近端截骨术是胫骨平台骨折畸形愈合常用的治疗方法,可达到满意疗效。翻修术的目的是恢复膝关节稳定性、关节面平整及下肢力线,最大限度地减少膝关节周围并发症发生。该文就胫骨平台骨折畸形愈合翻修术治疗进展作一综述。
