摘要
本文从氢脆断裂机理、基本特征、氢脆断裂的影响因素及氢脆试验方法等方面概述了高强度螺栓氢脆断裂失效的问题。并结合螺栓的使用要求,对未来高强度螺栓氢脆问题的研究方向和发展趋势提出了探讨和展望。
This article summarized problem of the high strength bolt hydrogen ernbrittlement failure from the several aspects, hydrogen embrittlement fracture mechanism, basic characteristics, influence factors of hydrogen embrittlement, hydrogen embrittlement test methods and so on. Combing with the use of bolts, it provides discussion and expectation in research direction and development trend of future high strength bolt hydrogen embrittlement problem.
