摘要
随着大学生特点的转变和高等教育大众化的普及,新媒体和大学生道德社会化发展使当前大学生的道德行为出现失范问题,呈现出复杂性和多元性、道德情感淡漠性、知行脱节性等时代特征。新媒体带来的信息膨胀导致了道德社会化问题失去统一标准,致使大学生面对多元道德标准产生道德行为选择困境,而传统的高校道德教育和管理因措施和形式不足显有滞后性。因此,高校德育工作者应在转变理念、创造环境、创新方法、建立队伍、发挥学生自治群体的作用等方面采取措施,建立并完善大学生道德行为防控、干预、协调的长效机制,以适应当前大学生的新思想与新特点,从而有效提高大学生道德教育工作实效和新时代人才培养水平。
Along with the transformation of the characteristics of college students and the popularization of ter-tiary education, new media and the development of college students＂ moral socialization cause college studentsmoral behavior disorder which carries some characteristics of the times, such as complexity and pluralism, the in-difference of moral sentiment, behavior separating from thought and so on. Information expansion induced by newmedia has put students into a moral conduct choosing fix under the multi-criteria moral standard, while the tradi-tional moral education and management of universities appeared hysteresis due to the insufficient measures andforms. Therefore, moral educators in universities should take measures in converting conceptions, creating environ-ments, innovating methods, grouping students and playing their role of autonomous management to establish andimprove a long-term mechanism to prevent and control, intervene and coordinate college students＂ moral behavior,so as to adapt to the new thoughts and the new characteristics of the current college students, and to improve theeffectiveness of moral education work of college students efficiently and improve the level of personnel training inthe new era.
