摘要
本研究对猪圆环病毒2型自然感染风险条件下的10窝98头仔猪随机分成口蹄疫常规和倍量2个免疫剂量组,另选5头成年母猪作为圆环感染阴性对照,仔猪于35日龄和65日龄进行猪口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗免疫,并于首免前的28日龄、首免后21 d和二免后的29 d采血,5头成年母猪同期进行采血,分别进行PCV-2核酸、抗体和猪口蹄疫O型ELISA抗体检测。结果显示,成年母猪PCV-2核酸均为阴性,口蹄疫免疫抗体水平均达到≥1:128;2组仔猪首免后21 d和二免后29 d检测存在不同比率的PCV-2核酸阳性和抗体阳性,猪口蹄疫抗体合格率分别为69%、97.5%和13.8%、25%,提示断奶仔猪可能因感染PCV-2而影响了猪口蹄疫免疫效果。
The 98 piglets from ten litters under natural infectious risk condition of Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) were randomly divided into two groups, and then inoculated inactivated vaccine against swine Foot and Mouth disease (FMD) type 0 by one dose and two doses, respective- ly. Another five adult sows were used as negative control group. All Piglets immunized of the in- activated vaccine against swine FMD type 0 in 35, 65 days, respectively. Blood was collected from all of the pigs at 3 time points: 28 days before the first vaccination, 21 days after the first vaccination and 29 days after the booster vaccination. The testes for detecting ELISA antibody of swine FMD 0 type, viral nucleic acid and antibody of PCV2 were performed. The result of the blood samples of the adult sows for detecting viral nucleic acid of PCV2 is negative, the ELISA anti- body of swine FMD type 0 of them all above 1:128. The different positive rates of viral nucleic acid and antibody of PCV2 of the samples collected from one dose and two doses groups, the quali- fication rate of ELISA antibody of swine FMD type 0 at the 21 days after the first vaccination is 69% and 97.5%, however, the rate at 29 days after the booster vaccination is 13.8% and 25%, re- spectively. The Results showed that the immunity effective of the inactivated vaccine against swine FMD type 0 in the weaned piglets may depressed by in the infection of PCV2 in natural infec-tion.
