摘要
田间状态下对可能遭受猪圆环病毒2型自然感染的10窝99头仔猪,于断奶后30日龄进行高致病性猪蓝耳病活疫苗免疫,并分别于免疫前的28日龄、免疫后的56日龄和94日龄采血,进行猪圆环病毒2型和高致病性猪蓝耳病的病毒核酸和抗体检测。结果显示,猪群圆环病毒2型病毒核酸和抗体阳性检出率,3次分别为3.0%和14.1%、13.1%和96.0%、98.0%和98.0%;高致病性猪蓝耳病病毒核酸和抗体阳性检出率,3次分别为0和97.0%、10.1%和61.6%、30.3%和94.9%。结果显示,断奶仔猪群在受到猪圆环病毒2型自然感染状态下,进行高致病性猪蓝耳病活疫苗免疫后26 d时,抗体合格率未达到国家规定的70%标准,免疫后64 d时,抗体合格率明显高于70%。
99 piglets from lO litters which were probably infected with porcine cirvirus type 2 were immunized with the pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome activated vaccine on the 30th day after birth. Blood were collected at the 28th, 56th and the 94^th days after birth to detects antibody and viral nucleic acid of PCV2 and PRRS2. The test results that, the viral nucleic acid and antibody positive detection rate difference were 3.0% and 14.1%,13.1% and 96.0%,98.0% and 98.0% of PCV2, 0 and 97.0%,10.1% and 61.6%,30.3% and 94.9% of HP-PRRS. The results suggested that the antibody qualified rate didn't achieve 70% that was formulary country after immunity HP-PRRS S live vaccine 26 days, it obviously top 70% after immunity HP-PRRS live vaccine 64 days when the weaning swinery was effected porcine cirvirus type 2 in natural to undertake,
