摘要
轨枕的蒸养是保证轨枕质量的必要环节,蒸养大大加快了轨枕的预制速度,提高了模具的周转率,从而加快了工程进度。本文在借鉴国内目前常用蒸养车间的基础上,对现有蒸养车间由通道式创新为十个独立的地上蒸养体系,形成一套完整的"全地上蒸养车间",并付诸实践。
The steam curing of sleeper is a necessary part to ensure the quality of sleeper, steam curing can greatly accel- erate the speed of the prefabricated sleeper, improve the turnover rate of the mould, thus speed up the construction sched- ule. This paper was based on the domestic existing steam curing workshop, made an innovation on the existing steam curing workshop from channel type into ten independent overground steam curing systems, then a set of complete ＂all overground steam curing workshop＂ was formed and put it into practice.
