浮选柱内紊流强度对气泡与颗粒碰撞概率的影响 被引量:6

摘要 文章首先介绍了KYZ-B型浮选柱的动力学分区,论述了矿物颗粒所需矿化环境与浮选柱紊流区的特点。借助计算流体力学及气泡紊流雷诺数和碰撞概率模型,分析三种不同尺寸颗粒与气泡的碰撞概率,表明100μm颗粒的碰撞概率整体分布都较74μm和37μm颗粒的大,37μm颗粒的碰撞概率整体最小。研究了4个充气速度100、140、180、220 m/s条件下,距充气入口200、400、600、800、1 000 mm的不同位置直线上气泡雷诺数和颗粒碰撞概率的分布。结果表明,相同充气速度条件下,充气紊流区内气泡紊流雷诺数、颗粒的碰撞概率明显大于其他区域;浮选柱给矿口区域由于矿浆流的冲击,增大了气泡运动能量;相同位置充气速度的增大会增加充气紊流区的气泡湍流雷诺数和颗粒与气泡碰撞的概率,为细粒矿物的矿化创造了条件。 Firstly, different dynamic zones in KYZ-B flotation column are introduced, and the relationship between fine particles mineralization condition and aerated turbulent zone characteristics is demonstrated in this paper. Then, three different sizes of particles have been analyzed by the CFD method, bubbles turbulent Reynolds number and the model of particle collision probability, it indicates that the collision probability of 100 μm particles is totally larger than that of 37 μm and 74 μm ones, and the collision probability of 37 μm particles is generally the smallest. Further, bubbles turbulent Reynolds number and particle collision probability are studied here with different air inlet speed (100, 140, 180, 220 m/s) and different distance (200, 400, 600,800, 1 000 mm). It turns out that the bubbles turbulent Reynolds number and particle collision probability, at the same air inlet speed, is obviously larger than that in the other zones. In the zone, near the slurry feeding, the air turbulence is enhanced by the slurry. With the air inlet speed increasing, the bubbles turbulent Reynolds number and particle collision probability, which contributes to the recovery of fine particles, is improved in the same position.
