摘要
从设计角度出发.将计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟软件CFX应用于KYZ-B型浮选柱发泡器喷嘴流体动力学的研究.对喷嘴内气体流动状态进行了数值模拟.通过分析计算结果中流体流动速度场特征,预测出喷嘴内气体超声速流动比低速流动更有利于提高发泡器的充气性能。
In this paper, from the design point of view, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation software CFX is applied for studying KYZ-B flotation column bubble generator nozzle fluid dynamics. And CFX is applied for simulate the flow state in nozzle, by analyzing the flow velocity filed of the simulation result, it is forecasted that supersonic gas flow of the nozzle exit is more beneficial for improving the bubble generator puff performance than low speed gas flow.
