基于精密伺服的光电编码器的校准系统设计

摘要 介绍了一种采用对比检测法的光电编码器误差检测系统,下位机以PLC的CPU模块为控制核心,伺服电机带动内置编码器转动一定的基准脉冲数,高速计数模块读取被检编码器的实际输出脉冲数,经计算获取被检编码器的分辨率误差。同时将被测信息传送到上位PC机测试记录系统,自动保存、生成测试报告。该系统结构简单,安装要求低,检测精度高。 A kind of design of photoelectric encoder error inspection system based on contrast inspection method is introduced.CPU module of PLC system is taken as the control core,built-in encoder with certain number of the reference pulse is driven by servo motor,the actual output pulse number of encoder is read by high-speed counting module,and encoder resolution error is obtained through calculation.At the same time,the information is transmitted to PC inspection and recording system,and the inspection report is generated and saved automatically.The system has the advantages of simple structure,low installation requirement and high inspection accuracy.
