Controller Design for a High Precision Servo Drive Table

摘要 伺服进给系统作为数控机床整体的重要功能部件,对数控机床整体加工性能起着非常重要的促进作用。文章首先结合伺服进给系统的工作特性,建立了扭矩模式下的伺服进给系统模型,然后结合系统辨识的手段,得到了模型的参数值,根据得到的系统数学模型,文中设计了基于极点配置方法的控制器,经过试验验证,取得了良好的控制效果。 Servo drive system is one of the most parts for the CNC machine tools and plays an important role in its high precision machining.This paper models the servo drive system and gets the value of the model parameters through system identification method.Then this paper designs a pole placement controller based on the model,and the experiments show that it performs well.
