摘要
Incoloy 800H铁镍合金(Ni-Fe-Cr合金)管道在乙烯项目32万t/年苯乙烯装置工程中大量应用,共需要焊接焊缝105道,管道规格主要有:4″×8.56 mm、6″×7.11 mm、24″×12.70 mm、30″×12.70 mm,管道总长298 m,焊缝100%射线检测,热处理后100%渗透检测。重点和难点是:现场施工中需要解决24″、30″Incoloy 800H管道固定口底层内部充氩保护和热裂纹问题。焊接攻关小组在底层焊道上通过手工钨极氩弧焊和焊条电弧焊相结合的焊接工艺,完成了所有固定口的焊接,焊缝质量符合设计要求,积累了Incoloy 800H铁镍合金管道焊接经验,给现场焊接需要充氩保护的铁镍合金、镍合金、不锈钢等大直径管道施工提供借鉴和参考。
The lncoloy 800H iron-nickel alloy(Ni-Fe-Cr alloy) pipes are widely used in the project with 320 000 tons styrene setup engineering. There are totally 105 welded joints. Piping specifications mainly include four types as following:4″×8.56 mm,6″× 7.11 ram, 24″×12.70 mm, 30″× 12.70 mm. The total length of the pipe is 298 m. All welded joints are detected by ray. 100% penetrated tests are carried out 'after heat treatment for all welded joints. The research focus and difficult is that the inside argon protection and the thermal crack problem of the 24",30"Incoloy 800H pipe should be solved in the field construction. All fixed ports are welded with combining the GTAW welding process and the SMAW welding process by the welding research team. The weld quality can meet the design requirement. The welding experiences of Incoloy 800H iron-nickel alloy pipe are accumulated. The research results can provide a good reference for the field welding of large diameter pipeline construction.
