摘要
通过组合焊接方法的工艺评定试验,确定了Incoloy 800H防止焊接裂纹及气孔所采用的工艺措施,选用了合理的焊接材料、坡口形式、焊接工艺参数,获得了合格的焊接接头,保证了焊接质量,解决了手工焊接效率低、质量不稳定的问题。
Incoloy 800H has been widely used in modern industry due to its high-temperature corrosion resistance,however,there are a lot of welding issues in practical welding process.In order to achieve the qualified welding joints,the multi-process procedure has been used in the paper.During the welding technology qualification test,not only measures are formulated to prevent welding cracks and pores,but also appropriate welding materials,the form of a groove and the welding parameters are adopted,so that the problems in the manual welding process such as low efficiency and quality instability are solved.
