摘要
本文以廉价易得的葡萄糖为碳源,采用一步水热法,合成了碳量子点。研究了水热法合成碳量子点的工艺条件。比对了葡萄糖在不同水热温度下获得的碳量子点的光致发光性能。结果表明:葡萄糖在180℃,保温24h条件下获得的碳量子点的荧光性能最佳,且以这种方式获得的碳量子点具有激发波长依赖特性,发光集中在蓝色-青色光区。
In this paper, carbon quantum dots were successfully synthesized via hydrothermal method, using glucose as carbon source. Hydrothermal method was studied in synthesis process conditions of carbon quantum dots. The photoluminescence properties of carbon quantum dots under different hydrothermal temperature were compared. The results showed that the best temperature was 180℃, holding on 24 hours. The carbon quantum dots demonstrated the excitation wavelength-dependent by this method. Meanwhile, the emission of these dots was focused on the blue-eyan light district
