摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Y3A15O12:Tb绿色荧光粉.利用TG-DSC和XRD测试技术,研究了荧光粉的形成过程,并对发光性能进行了研究.结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法已经成功地制备出YAG荧光粉体,显示出明显的绿色光,其荧光寿命为6.8ms;并确定了在1050℃条件下可烧成很好的YAG晶相结构;在400-700℃这一温度段范围内烧成时应缓慢升温;且随着烧成温度的提高和烧成时间的延长,平均晶粒尺寸逐渐增大. Y3Al5O12: Tb green phosphors were synthesized by a sol -gel process. The formation was investigated by means of TG -DSC and XRD. At the same time, the luminescent properties were studied. The result shows that YAG:Tb phosphor which emitted bright green light was synthesized by a sol-gel process successfully and its decay time was 6.8ms. It also shows that the crystal phase of YAG is well at 1 050 ℃ and the rate of elevated temperature should be slow at the temperature range of 400 ℃ to 700 ℃. The average size of powder gradually increases with the lifting of sintered temperature and the prolongation of sintered time.
