摘要
采用盆栽实验方法研究了不同土壤类型、不同纳米TiO_2浓度和是否种植植物条件下的纳米TiO_2对土壤中氮转化相关细菌活性的影响。结果发现,纳米TiO_2对土壤中氨化细菌,硝化细菌和自生固氮菌的活性均产生抑制作用,抑菌率随着培养时间呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在各个采样时间下抑菌率均随着纳米TiO_2浓度的增加而增加,而且在不同类型土壤中纳米TiO_2的抑制作用大小顺序是沙土>黑土>草炭土,并且种植紫花苜蓿可以减轻纳米TiO_2对细菌的抑制效果。在涉及到的实验时间和纳米TiO_2的浓度范围等相关研究中,纳米TiO_2对反硝化细菌活性的影响效果不明显。
Accepted potting experimental method,the effect of nano-TiO_2 on bacteria activity for nitrogen transform in soil was researched with different agrotype、nano-TiO_2 dosage and whether have plants. The results shows nano-TiO_2 inhibit ammonifying bacteria,nitrobacteria,azotobacter in soil,and with the increase of time inhibition rate presents a trend of riseing fist and falling later; the nano-TiO_2 dosage more that inhibition is more at each sampling time. In different types of soil that the size of order of inhibition is sandy soil > black soil > turfy soil. alfalfa will reduce inhibition of nano-TiO_2 on bacteria; In this study the experimental time and nano-TiO_2 dosage range,the inhibitory effect is not obvious that nano-TiO_2 on denitrifying bacteria.
