摘要
本文在实验室条件下研究了克百威与镉单一及复合污染对上壤中好气性自生固氮菌数量的动态影响。结果表明,不同浓度克百威对好气性自生固氮菌数量的影响在培养初期(1—3d)表现出一定的抑制作用,随着时间的推移,逐渐表现出刺激作用;重金属镉(5mg·kg^-1)对好气性自生固氮菌的影响趋势是先显著刺激其生长,在培养后期又转为抑制作用;克百威与镉复合污染对好气性自生固氮菌数量的影响与污染物浓度有关,在保持镉浓度(5mg·kg^-1)不变的条件下,复合污染的影响随克百威浓度(1—10mg·kg^-1)的增加而减小。
In this paper, under laboratory condition, the dynamic influence of both single and combined pollution of carbofuran and cadmium on the number of azotobacter was studied. The results indicated that carbofuran with different concentration firstly inhibited the number of azotobacter( 1 - 3 d), and then with the process of time, it exhibited stimulation gradually ; Heavy metal cadmium firstly stimulated azotobacter' s growth, while at the end of incubation, the influence became inhibition; The combined effects of carbofuran and cadmium on azotobacter were related to the concentration of two pollutants, with keeping cadmium' s concentration (5 mg·kg^-1 ) invariable, the joint toxicity of carboturan and cadmium would decrease with increasing carbofuran' s concentration ( 1-10 mg·kg^-1 ).
