摘要
试验旨在研究含棉饲料是否会对育肥羊肉品质量产生影响及危害,为生产中含棉育肥羊饲料提供理论依据。本实验在肉羊育肥饲料中分别添加了不同比例(10%、20%、30%、40%)的棉籽壳、棉杆、脱毒棉籽壳,并分别对饲喂30 d、60 d、90 d与120 d后的肉羊组织器官进行游离棉酚残留量的测定。结果表明:肉羊的肾脏、脾脏、心脏、羊肉及其脂肪中均未检测到游离棉酚,仅在饲喂90 d及120 d肉羊肝脏中测得最高游离棉酚残留量6.4 mg/kg,其值远低于国内外饲料游离棉酚残留标准。将低于40%棉壳、棉杆添加到肉羊育肥饲料不会对畜产品质量带来影响,是安全可行的。
The Test aims at studying whether cotton-containing feed can affect or damage the quality of sheepproductsand providing a theoretical basis for production of cotton -containing sheep feed. In this test, adifferent proportion of cotton seed hulls, cotton stalks and detoxification cotton seed hulls are addedrespectively (10%, 20%,30% and 40%) into the feed, and use the HPLC to determine free gossypol in sheeptissues and organs which are fed for 30 days, 60 days, 90 or 120 days. The results showed that: free gossypolis not detected in sheep kidney, spleen, heart and fat mutton,except that the highest free gossypol at residualamount is 6.4 mg/k for the 90 or 120 days of feeding sheep liver which is much lower than the value ofdomestic and foreign feed free gossypol residue standards. The test shows that cotton shell and cotton stalksadded into sheep feed will not impact on the livestock product quality, it is safe and feasible.
