摘要
目的分析天津市东丽区低档服务场所(简称低档场所)女性性工作者(FSW)艾滋病知识、行为状况,探索针对低档场所FSW人群艾滋病的有效干预措施。方法与辖区内的社会组织联合,采用整群抽样的方法对辖区内低档场所FSW进行抽样、问卷调查、采集血样并建立数据库;从《艾滋病综合防治信息系统》中获取2014年FSW哨点数据,利用SAS9.3进行二者数据的分析。结果天津市东丽区2014年低档场所FSW与同年FSW哨点比较,艾滋病各问题知晓率、总知晓率、最近1次商业性性行为安全套使用率、最近1个月坚持每次都用安全套的使用率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);梅毒阳性率分别为11.27%和1.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);丙肝阳性率分别为0.98%和0.25%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天津市东丽区低档场所FSW对艾滋病的知晓率及安全套使用率均不高,今后应加强对这类高危人群的关注,增加对其干预的频度和力度。
[Objective]To analyze the status of AIDS knowledge and behavior among female sex workers（FSW） in low-grade service places of Dongli District in Tianjin,explore the effective AIDS intervention measures for FSW in low-grade service places.[Methods]Cooperating with the social organizations in Dongli District,FSW in low-grade service places were collected by the cluster sampling. A questionnaire survey was conducted,and the blood samples were collected to establish a database. The sentinel data of FSW in 2014 were obtained from AIDS prevention and control information system,and the data analysis was performed by SAS9.3. [Results] The differen ces in awareness rates of AIDS knowledge,total awareness rate,condom use rate for last commercial sexual intercourse,and condom use rate for every sexual intercourse in the recent month were statistically significant between the data of FSW in low-grade service places and sentinel data in Dongli District in 2014（P〈0.01）.The positive rate of syphilis was 11.27% and 1.75% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The positive rate of hepatitis C was 0.98% and 0.25% respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉 0.05）.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and condom use rate of FSW in low-grade service places are not high. It is necessary to focus on this high risk population,and increase the frequency and intensity of the interventions.
