摘要
本文研究当前我国网络用户在社会化问答社区中的健康信息行为,为完善健康社交问答社区和健康门户网站建设提供参考。爬取百度知道中高血压相关的6888条提问记录作为研究对象,对这些文本进行预处理之后,利用ROST CM文本挖掘软件进行分词及标准化处理。研究结果表明用户对于高血压健康信息最大的关注点是日常疾病管理、疾病确诊和治疗;用户在社交问答社区中提问健康问题多是没有医疗知识背景,且一般都希望得到社会情感支持。
In view of the current health information retrieval behavior d network users in our country, we study the behavior of health information in the community, so as to provide reference for improving the community and website construction. It takes the hypertension related 6888 questions recorded in Baidu knows as the research ob- ject, and after the pretreatment of these texts,use the ROST CM6 text mining software for word segmentation and standardized processing. The results show that the biggest concern of the user for hypertension health information is the daily management of the disease, disease diagnosis and treatment, and users in social Q & A health problems is lacking of medical knowledge background, and want to get the support of social emotions.
