摘要
以绞股蓝为原料,采用微波超声双辅助提取皂苷。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法优化提取工艺,建立二次多项数学模型。结果表明,绞股蓝皂苷微波超声双辅助提取的最优工艺参数为:微波功率400 W、超声时间60 min、乙醇浓度80%、超声温度为51℃、微波时间117 s、液料比28∶1(m L/g),此条件下绞股蓝皂苷提取率为7.05%,与预测值的相对误差约为0.57%,试验值与预测值相吻合。
The microwave-ultrasonic-assisted extraction of saponins from Gynostemma pentaphyllum was opti-mized using response surface methodology. Base on single-factor experiments, the extraction conditions of mi-crowave-ultrasonic-assisted extraction yield of saponins in the Gynostemma pentaphyllum were by RSM. As a result, a quadratic polynomial mathematical model was built. The optimal extraction conditions of RSM were determined as follows:Gynostemma pentaphyllum were suspended in microwave power of 400 W, subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 60 min at temperature of 51 ℃, 80%ethanol concentration at solvent-to-solid ratio 28∶1 (mL/g) and then microwaves 117 s. The result of verification experiment (7.05%) was coincided with predictive value.
