摘要
目的:对新生血管性青光眼患者采用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素和干扰素的治疗效果进行分析。方法:选取2012年5月至2014年7月在本院就诊的新生血管性青光眼患者65例(65眼)作为研究对象,所有对象随机分为对照组32例和观察组33例,对照组患者仅采用小梁切除术进行治疗,观察组患者采用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素和干扰素进行治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组总有效率(75.00%)相比,观察组总有效率(96.97%)明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者术后1周及术后1年眼压明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组并发症发生率(9.35%)相比,观察组并发症发生率(6.06%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对新生血管性青光眼患者采用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素和干扰素治疗能取得较为满意的治疗效果,不但能明显提高治疗总有效率和降低眼压,也不影响患者并发症发生率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin and interferon therapy on neovascular glaucoma. Methods A total of 65 patients with neovascular glaucoma（65 eyes） were enrolled into this study in our hospital from May 2012 to Jun 2014. All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups： control group（n=33） and observe group（n=32）. The patients of the control group were received trabeculectomy therapy, and the patients of the observe group were received trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin and interferon therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the patients of the control group（75.00 %）, the total effective rate（96.97 %） was significantly higher in the patents of observe group. Intraocular pressure of the patients of the observe groups was significantly lower than that of control group. Compared with the patients of the control group（6.06 %）, the incidence rate of complications（9.35 %） was not significantly changed in the patients of the observe group. ConclusionFor the patients with neovascular glaucoma, trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin and interferon therapy can obtain more satisfactory therapeutic effect. It can significantly improve the total effective effect. It also can not significantly affect the incidence rate of complications.
