摘要
集群融资侧重于从源头消除信用掣肘,更适合科技型企业融资。以科技园区企业生产互补性和研发协作性为切入点,剖析了科技园区企业集群融资的机理,得出产业链和技术链集群衍生信誉链,三链交融共同促进集群融资;基于宏观战略、中观环境和微观背景对科技产业集群影响的考量,分析得出政府政策、外部环境和社会关系调节价值链和技术链集群,进而影响融资效果,并运用结构方程模型(SEM)进行了实证检验。针对园区企业集群融资的问题,提出了转变产业布局政策、调整产学研合作模式、加强三要素联同配合、构造专业路径等对策建议。
Cluster financing, compared to traditional exogenous financing, focusing on eliminating credit constraints from the source is more suitable for the scientific and technological enterprises. Limited by the characteristics of the industry, the traditional principles of clustering financing can not be implemented hastily by scientific and technological enterprises. Therefore, on the basis of the elaboration of cluster financing mechanism in scientific parks, the structural equation model has been used to empirical test. The results suggest that, as Linkages between endogenous in a enterprise, the cluster of industry chain and technology chain whose forms are promoted deeply by social relations, government policy and the exter- nal environment can accelerate the development of the credibility chain. These three chains drive the cluster financing ad- vanced together. Against the problem of cluster financing in scientific parks, suggestions have been proposed that policy of industrial layout should be shifted, the structure of research and production should be adjusted, the cooperation of the three elements should be strengthened, professional paths should be constructed.
