摘要
当前,网络非法制贩枪支日益猖獗,是导致非法枪支流向社会的主要渠道之一。网络非法制贩枪支普遍具有犯罪团伙严密性、隐蔽性强,蔓延速度快、分布区域范围广,获取犯罪线索、证据难度较大,易诱发大量的其他违法犯罪行为的特点。公安机关应掌握网络非法制贩枪支的特点,深入分析造成网络非法制贩枪支日益猖獗的因素,坚持防范和打击网络非法制贩枪支的基本原则,采取有关网络非法制贩枪支的治理对策对该类违法犯罪行为进行强有力的打击,这不仅有利于消除"枪患",同时也为维护社会的和谐稳定和经济发展提供强有力的支撑。
At present,the rampantly increasing network illegal production and trafficking of firearms has become one of the main channels leading to illegal firearms flowing into the society.Network illegal production and trafficking of firearms usually has such features like criminal gangs＇ strictness and invisibility,high speed of expansion,wide range of distribution,difficulties in capturing criminal clues and evidences,easily inducing other great number of crimes.Public security organs should grasp these criminal features,analyze in detail the factors creating such rampant situation,take relevant control measures to strike against such illegal crime,so not only eliminating ＂firearms suffering＂ but also offering strong support to maintain social stability and economic development.
