摘要
对火力发电厂的中小流化床锅炉的烟气处理,采用SNCR烟气脱硝工艺可以实现脱硝高效率、NO_x低浓度排放的目的。通过对采用尿素和氨水两种不同还原剂的SNCR脱硝工艺进行分析比较,认为以氨水作还原剂的SNCR脱硝工艺可靠性和性价比最高,在实际生产中更符合市场需求。
For flue gas treatment in medium- and small-sized fluidized bed boilers in the thermal power plant,by using SNCR flue gas denitrification technology,it can realize the purpose of high efficiency in denitrification and low NOxconcentration. By comparing two different kinds of reducing agents for SNCR denitrification technology,namely urea and ammonia,it is concluded that using ammonia as reducing agent,it offers higher process reliability and performance / price ratio for SNCR denitification,and it is more suitable to meet the market demand during actual production.
