摘要
介绍了叠螺式污泥压滤机的构造、工作原理及工作特点,并与传统压滤机进行了比较。采用叠螺式污泥压滤机对橡胶生产废水生化处理系统剩余活性污泥进行了中试和工业性压滤试验。试验结果表明,叠螺式污泥压滤机可以压滤含有黏性胶粒的活性污泥,设备不易堵塞、便于维护、能耗低、噪音小、容易操作。背压板的缝隙由5 mm调整至3 mm后,压出的泥饼变薄,且泥饼含水率由86.2%降至82.1%,可满足环保部门要求的生化污泥袋装外运要求。与转筒带式压滤机相比,叠螺式压滤机具有节电和节水的特点,运行成本较低,且能大幅改善现场作业环境。
The structure,operating principle and characteristics of multi-plate screw sludge filter press are presented and compared with those of traditional filter press. The pilot scale test and industrial scale test are carried out to treat excess activated sludge from rubber production wastewater biochemical treatment system by multi-plate screw sludge filter press. The results show that the multi-plate screw sludge filter press can be used to filter-press the activated sludge with viscous colloidal particles,and has advantages of seldom blockage,easily to maintain,lower energy consumption,slight noise and simple operation. After adjusting the gap of press plate from 5 mm to 3 mm,the filter cakes become thinner and the moisture content reduced from 86. 2% to 82. 1%,which can meet the demand of environmental protection department for outward transport of biochemical wastewater bag. Comparing with the rotor drum belt filter press,the multi-plate screw one has characteristics of power and water economy,low operation cost,and the working environment can be improved greatly.
