摘要
通过分析生化污泥的可燃性及热值,设计了利用锅炉烟气余热在旋转干燥机中直接接触换热干燥污泥,将干污泥用作锅炉燃料,并利用燃烧后灰渣提取化工原料。运行结果表明,污泥水分从质量分数80%左右降为27%,每吨干污泥可替代0.8 t锅炉燃煤,解决了湿污泥储运、堆放问题,实现了生化污泥的无害化和资源化的环保利用。
By analyzing the flammability and calorific value, the biochemical sludge is directly heated and dewatered by boiler flue gas. Then, the dry sludge is used as boiler fuel and chemicals can be extracted from the fuel slag. The operation data shows that the sludge moisture is reduced from 80% to 27%. Every ton of dry sludge can replace 0. 8 tons of boiler coal, which not only effectively solves the sludge transportation and storage problems, but also obtains the resourcing and environmental utilization of biochemical sludge.
