摘要
采用综合热分析仪研究了空气气氛和富氧气氛下污水污泥和煤的燃烧曲线,分析比较氧浓度对污泥燃烧特性参数的影响,并计算得到各工况下的动力学参数。结果表明:随着氧浓度增加,污泥燃烧DTG曲线向低温区移动,着火温度和燃尽温度均降低,综合燃烧指数大大提高,污泥燃烧特性得到改善。可用两段一级反应动力学模型来较好的描述污泥的主要燃烧过程。相同氧浓度下,污泥的平均表观活化能比煤低。随着氧浓度增加,污泥两阶段反应活化能和频率因子及平均表观活化能均呈上升趋势。
Non-isothermal combustion of sewage sludge and coal is studied by synthesized thermogravimetry analyzer in air and oxygen-enriched atmosphere.Oxygen concentration effects on combustion characteristic parameters of sewage sludge are analyzed,and kinetic parameters of combustion process are calculated.The results showed that DTG curves of sludge combustion moved to low temperature zones when oxygen concentration increased.It indicated that combustion performance of sludge was improved because both ignition temperature and burnout temperature were lower,and combustion characteristic index obviously increased.Sludge combustion process could be divided into two stages and described by the first order reaction kinetics model.At the same oxygen concentration,the average activation energy of sludge was higher than that of coal.Activation energy,frequency factor and average activation energy of sludge in two combustion stages increased when oxygen concentration increased.
