摘要
目的:探索不同剂量美托洛尔缓释片应用于慢性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性分析。方法:选取我院的180例慢性心力衰竭患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各有90例患者,对照组采用固定小剂量琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用目标剂量琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,观察两组患者的晕厥发生率、诱发支气管哮喘发生率、慢性心力衰竭急性加重发生率、低血压发生率、严重心动过缓发生率,以及左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心射血分数(LVEF)、脑尿钠肽(BNP)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)。结果:180例患者经密切观察后表明,观察组患者的心血管不良事件发生率与对照组患者的心血管不良事件发生率相比,两组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的LVEDD、LVEF、BNP显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片遵守逐日加量原则治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果确切,其具有较高的安全性与耐受性,治疗方式值得在临床上被广泛推广。
Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of metoprolol succinate in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods ： 180 patients with chronic heart failure were selected in our hospital, which were divided into the observation group and the control group. 90 patients were in each group. The syncope occurred rate,induced bronchial asthma incidence Patients in the control group were treated with the fixed small dose metoprolol succinate, and patients in the observation group were treated with target dose of metoprolol succinate. Incidence rate,the incidence of hypotension and severe bradycardia incidence of acute exacerbations of chronic heart failure and left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）, left ventricular systolic end diastolic diameter（LVESD） were observed in both groups. Results ：There was no statistical significance between the two groups in adverse cardiovascular event occurrence rate（P〉 0.05）. LVEDD, LVEF and BNP in the observation group were significantly improved than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The effect of metoprolol succinate in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with the principle of plus dosage day by day is accurate, and it is highly safe and tolerant. It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
